9000i Communicator

The 9000i Communicator was a slightly updated version of the Nokia 9000 Communicator which was designed for the North American market and supported 1900Mhz GSM networks.  The 9000i Communicator had double the memory of the original Nokia 9000 with 16MB rather than 8MB. It also had "optimized performance and battery life." When it was launched it was described as an "all-in-one communications device that integrates a mobile phone, telefax, SMS, Internet browsing and email into a single pocketable device."  For more information on this device see our information on the Nokia 9000 Communicator.
