Info from Graeme Hutchinson:  It was a project I started in 1995 at Barclaycard where we initiated many innovative things including world's first commercial use of SIM Toolkit and the development of a dual slot Motorola Startac with the second slot being a bank card reader to manage a VISA Cash prepaid cash card. Pioneering days that seem primitive by today's standards but at the time were cutting edge in thinking and technology.
