This phone, also known as the E1107 Guru Solar, was an ultra-low-cost device designed for markets such as India where it cost 2,799 rupees. It had an integrated solar panel that delivered 5-10 minutes of talk time per hour of charging. In India, Samsung offered a version that included a "Mobile prayer" app with special prayers and wallpapers. There were also built alerts with prayer time notifications.
