The Incredible S was a GSM/3G variant of Verizon's CDMA
Droid Incredible.
It played well to HTC's brand credentials among technology enthusiasts. It is a more edgy design than the Desire S which was the company’s key device at the time, while its four-inch WVGA Super LCD display made it more accessible than the Desire HD, whose 4.3-inch screen made it a larger device. HTC described the Incredible S as offering “a cutting-edge design with a premium mobile experience for those who dared to be different.”
The body of the phone had a contoured design that HTC claimed highlighted the internal hardware components of the device. It featured an eight-megapixel camera with dual flash as well as a front facing camera for video calls.
