The J-D08 was made by Mitsubishi Electric for J-Phone. It’s clamshell design was similar to the D504i which Mitsubishi Electric provided to rival Japanese mobile phone operator, NTT DoCoMo. It was offered in three colours: crystal silver, emerald green and pearl black.
The camera featured an 8x digital zoom and offered the ability to capture up to 64 images at once using a burst mode. These images could be stitched together and be shown as a short video.
To store photographs and other content, the phone offered an SD card slot and there was an 8GB memory card included with the phone.
This was the last Mitsubishi device offered by J-Phone.
