This phone, which was Casio's first CDMA 1X device had the world's first "wide QVGA LCD" on mobile phone. It had a 240 x 400 resolution, rather than a standard QVGA display (240 x 320) giving it a 5:3 aspect ratio which was promoted as being closer to the 16:9 resolution on wide-screen TVs.
It supported Qualcomm's BREW application framework andalso featured the Opera browser.
