Mi Mix 3 5G

The Mi MIX 3 5G, was a variant of the Mi MIX 3 that was originally unveiled in China in October 2018. When the Mi MIX 3 5G was revealed at the MWC event in Barcelona, its €599 price tag grabbed the headlines as it was considerably cheaper than similar rival 5G smartphones. In order to avoid having a notch for the dual front facing cameras, they were concealed behind the screen. To access them users had to slide the screen downwards. This was a clever design but rather awkward to use, particularly when using face-unlock to access the phone. The phone was initially available via the Vodafone network in the UK to coincide with the launch of its 5G network. It was also available in Australia at this time.
