Razr V3i (Dolce & Gabbana)

This phone was the outcome of a partnership between Dolce & Gabbana and Motorola who originally partnered to offer 1000 numbered units of a limited gold (coloured) edition of the Razr V3 (1000 units) which would be sold exclusively through Dolce & Gabbana boutiques around the world. This limited edition phone had a darker gold finish than the mass-market version. Each of the original 1000 units was laser marked in Motorola's Flensburg factory in Germany. The version in the Mobile Phone Museum collection, based on the Razr V3i, was offered to the wider consumer market, albeit at a premium price.
