The Motorola StarTAC D (200) was released in 1999. It was an e-commerce variant of the iconic StarTAC and used for trials in some early mobile banking trials. It was also the first device to feature dual SIM card slots (standard and mini). The full size SIM card could also be used as a smart chip reader.
