The Treo 300 was a Palm OS-powered PDA phone offered exclusively by US carrier Sprint. It was designed exclusively for Sprint’s recently launched high-speed Sprint Vision CDMA 2000 network.
Its design was almost identical to the
Treo 270 Communicator despite its higher model number. The major difference was the Treo 300’s support for CDMA 2000 rather than GSM/GPRS.
When it was launched it cost US$499.
The phone had a full-colour screen, 16MB of memory, a QWERTY keyboard, and basic Internet access and email connectivity.
