The VX1 was a mini-handset that was slightly smaller than a credit card. The makers claimed it would “easily fit into a wallet or purse” – although a wallet might have been a bit of a stretch! The phone was designed for use “on a night out, as a backup phone or simply as an emergency spare to keep for times of need”.
