The Samsung A795 (model number: SCH-A795) was the first phone in the world that worked on North American CDMA networks and also GSM networks in Europe and other markets. It was a landmark product for the Korean phone maker.
The A795 had dual colour displays, support for the multimedia messaging service (MMS), and Qualcomm’s BREW platform. Its sister product, the A790, featured a VGA camera with flash.
