The LG Cosmos 2 was a qwerty-side slider device offered by the Verzion network in the US for use on its CDMA 2000 1XRTT 3G network. It was targeted at consumers who preferred a traditional phone with physical buttons and a simple interface combined with the benefits of a slide out four-line qwerty keyboard to respond to messages and emails. Users were also able to make “quick updates to Facebook” via an app integrated pre-loaded on the phone.
