Also known as the XT926, the Droid Razr HD was a refresh of the original
Droid Razr. It was available in a black and also a white variant.
It had a 4.7-inch Super AMOLED HD screen that Motorola claimed had 78 percent more pixels that its predecessor. It also had an improved battery with a capacity of 2,530mAh battery delivering 40 percent greater capacity than original Droid Razr which had a battery capacity of1,780mAh. The phone supported 720p video.
Motorola's design team focused on the durability of the device offering Corning Gorilla Glass on the display and DuPont Kevlar on the back of the phone. The Droid Razr HD was also treated with a water-repellent nano-coating to prevent liquids from affecting the components inside the phone.
