The Droid Turbo was launched five years after the original Droid phone was unveiled by Verizon and Motorola. The primary focus for this device was its 48 battery life provided by the 3900 mAh battery. The phone came with a special charger called the Motorola Turbo Charge which it was claimed could charge the phone with eight hours of charged in 15 minutes.
