The W21SA, also known as the Spacephone, was Sanyo’s first CDMA 1X WIN terminal. It was also KDDI AU’s first flip phone with a rotating screen enabled via a two-axis hinge.
The phone had TV-out support allowing users to share their pictures and videos on a TV screen. At the time it had a market-leading 2-megapixel CCD camera. The phone also included a voice recorder and could be used as a USB mass storage device.
