The Samsung Impression (model number: SGH-A877) was unveiled at the CTIA tradeshow in Las Vegas. It was positioned as a mid-range messaging phone. The device had a qwerty side-slider design and was the first phone in the US to feature an AMOLED  display. It had a three-megapixel camera and used Samsung’s proprietary TouchWiz user interface.
