At first sight, this extremely unusual device looked more like a compact camcorder than a mobile phone. It was quite a thick design at 26mm, but this was necessary to accommodate the camcorder capability. The phone had a 270-degree rotating swivel design with a 260K QVGA OLED display. The two-megapixel CCD camera was capable of 2x optical zoom, macro zoom, and auto focus. It was able record “camcorder-quality" video clips which could be saved on a mini MMC memory card. It also had a built-in FM tuner and MP3 player. The 1000 mAh capacity battery offered approximately 300 hours of standby time and three hours of talk time. The phone, which was designed by Kim Kyung Yun, Kim Sung Jae, won an iF design award in 2005. It was only available on the South Korean market.
